This is my 1st order with you and DPD have lost my order and not willing to help me. I cant get through to any customer service. No replies to any of my emails and no replies to my messages left on your voicemail. Please reply as a matter of urgency to where my order is.
I have checked the tracking this morning and there is no report of this parcel being lost by DPD, in fact it was updated this morning at 04:49 and is out for delivery today I can also see that you have requested to have this parcel left in a safe place so please ensure you have a safe place to store the parcel.
We have only received 3 emails from you, not 5 . There where all sent yesterday. Could you locate these and resend.
