I have been tracking my parcel as you advised me only to see it leave wales and make its way back to Lincoln to then travel back to wales early this morning!!
This is far from my fault as it was your company that sent it to my billing address not my delivery address!
I have contacted Yodel who will not speak to me as i am not the sender!
As you are aware alot of people who use your site do not have alot of money. I have paid for my parcel and 11 days later and two trips to wales to the wrong address my parcel is once again 300 miles away from me!
I am requesting you to contact Yodel and to arrange for my parcel to be sent to me asap (not sit in Nantgraw for 5-7 days awaiting collection) or arrange a full refund back to my bank account!
This has been made more difficult by nobody answering a phone or having the courtesy to call me!
Please email me direct via the email address linked to my account informing me of whether you have contacted Yodel and arranged a redelivery to my correct address or whether i am to recieve a full refund from yourself!
