Unpacking my order


I've received my order today. However, most of the goods were squashed with one box of cereal having a large tear in the box. Crisps are squashed and feel like they're mostly crumbs now!

Why does it take so long to get a reply 2 months is not acceptable. This is the same problem I have and the telephone number is a waste of time as nobody answers it and there is no answer phone. Maybe we should stop shopping with this firm.
