 Sincere apologies for the delays this week.  We have had an unprecedented and unexpected serge of orders which has created a 3 day backlog .
We are working at full capacity to fulfill all orders as quick and safely as possible but due to the unforeseen circumstance, we may not be able to
offer the quick and fast service that we regularly offer this week.  All premium delivery options have been processed and unaffected.

it is unfair to complain about delivery service by this company. i have never had a problem. so what if your delivery arrives thursday instead of tuesday. they still make arrangements to leave your product even if you are out. no problem
