Still no notification after 2 weeks

What on Earth! Not even an apology or an explanation for holding an order for TWO weeks, yet no shipping or delivery date. Reported to Police and Trading Standards.

I ordered end of feb and mine has just been dispatched but the terms and conditions do say it can take up to 30 days to diispatch
